Alex Neary
I'm a photographer, inspired by the beauty that surrounds us in the natural world. The images in this series were all shot on 35mm film* using my father's first film camera, an Olympus Om-1. I created this work while the two of us drove the back roads of Alberta and Saskatchewan together – he, the driver and me the passenger. We would hit the road in the early morning without a destination in mind but with a mutual goal shared: to stop for anything interesting.
This body of work is what interested me.
